It goes to say as a whole that David C. Even the software deployed are "state-of-the-art" for speed and accuracy. Many of the utilised spreadsheets are industry standard but a few are of internal manufacture based on needs and first-hand experience. If there is anything new going on in the field of building services engineering then David C. Sales makes sure he knows about it. He actively participates in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) modules which ensures that his career path is fully mapped out into the future towards the coveted Chartered Engineer status at The Engineering Council.

In fact, David C Sales FCIPHE MIET, had his 1983 paper published in the Building Services Engineering Research & Technology Journal entitled, "An Investigation Into the Potential of Microwave Radiant Heating as a Source of Heating for Human Comfort." Portrayed as ground-breaking theory and one of the first of its kind. It took two rather arduous years of complex research to write whilst engaged at the world renowned Buro Happold Consultancy in the ancient Georgian and Romanized City of Bath. In addition, 1994 saw him take part in "Futureworld" at Milton Keynes working in conjunction with BBM Sustainable Design incorporating early Water Recycling technology into their award winning RIBA House of the Future. All of the above just demonstrates how pro-active and conscientious he is in this field of endeavour.
